Job Description

a. Execution of strategies formulated for the business to achieve sales targets and market expansion in the region
b. Collect market information related to upcoming projects and competitors movement for formation of regional strategy
a. Responsible for sales of Lysaght products in Maharashtra (excluding mumbai) & goa by creating pull through for Lysaght products in the region to achieve business results
b. Conduct regular travel in the region to meet the key influencers (architects and consultants)and customers to drive sales
c. Initiate sales for new Lysaght profiles in the region in order to achieve business results
d. Maintain relationships with architects and consultants who are influencers for brand maximization in the market
e. Work closely with the supply chain department for inventory management to cater to the market demands of Lysaght products
f. Regularly follow up and collect receivables from clients and process on-time to ensure zero bad debts
g. Ensuring inventory is maintained and controlled to execute delivery on time
Marketing & Market Development
a. Participate in construction events & exhibitions in order to create brand awareness in the market
b. Work closely with market development team to specify & convert the sales through key influencers, architect and consultants
Customer Engagement
a. Participate in initiatives like Milaap etc. to enhance customer engagement & satisfaction
b. Initiate and execute roof health check-up in coordination with construction department to enhance customer satisfaction and build visibility in the market
c. Coordinate Customers complains for timely grievance resolution
Improvement Initiatives
a. Participate in niranter projects and other improvement initiatives for process improvement and customer satisfaction
Team Management
a. Supporting the team and guiding them to perform their sales duties and achieve business results
